What is Ember Silk?
Ember Silk is a nourishing daily hair cream. It softens and smooths, leaving hair manageable and resilient through everyday wear.

How do I use it?
Apply 1 pump to damp or dry hair. For thick or longer hair, use 2 pumps. Work through mid lengths to ends. Do not rinse. Style as usual. Daily use for best results. For Sauna use, 1 pump before entering and 1 after.

Is it suitable for my hair type?
Yes, Ember Silk is suitable for all hair types.

What's inside?
A blend of ceramides, argan oil, panthenol and an amino acid complex, alongside other nourishing ingredients. Full INCI list is on the packaging.

Does Ember Silk protect against heat styling?
Ember Silk is formulated to nourish and soften hair, keeping it manageable through daily life, including heat exposure from sauna, hot yoga, steam and infrared. It is not a heat protectant. Our heat protection product, Ember Shield, is coming soon.

Ember is made in Australia.

Is Ember cruelty free?
We do not test on animals. We are currently working towards formal cruelty free certification.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ember experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on opened items. If your Ember Silk is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Postage costs for change of mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Emberhaircare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
